What causes it

"Sisters, not twins" — all faces are naturally asymmetric. Brow asymmetry can result from natural facial asymmetry, uneven brow habits (raising one brow more than the other), hair loss patterns, or post-surgical changes.

Best approaches

Permanent makeup (microblading, powder brows, or combo brows) can create visual symmetry by designing each brow independently to create balance. Botox can also adjust brow position subtly — raising or lowering one side to improve symmetry.
