Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is the most requested aesthetic treatment in the country — and at Devenir Aesthetics, it’s also our most refined. Every Botox treatment is performed or directly supervised by our Medical Director, Dale Schaefer, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist with over 25 years of experience in facial anatomy and injectable technique.
Our philosophy: Botox should make you look like yourself — rested, refreshed, and natural. Not frozen. Not surprised. We use conservative dosing and precise placement to soften lines while preserving your ability to express yourself fully.
What Botox Treats
- Forehead lines — horizontal lines that appear when you raise your brows
- Frown lines (“11s”) — vertical lines between the brows from squinting or concentrating
- Crow’s feet — fans of fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes
- Brow lift — a subtle arch and open-eye effect without surgery
- Lip flip — relaxes the upper lip to create a fuller-looking pout
- Bunny lines — lines on the nose from scrunching
- Chin dimpling — smooths the “orange peel” texture on the chin
- Neck bands (Nefertiti lift) — softens vertical platysmal bands in the neck
- Hyperhidrosis — reduces excessive sweating in underarms, hands, or feet
What to Expect
Your appointment begins with a facial assessment — we study your muscle movement, anatomy, and discuss your goals. Injections are quick, using ultra-fine needles. Most patients describe the sensation as a small pinch. The entire appointment takes 15–30 minutes and you return to your day immediately.
Results begin to appear in 3–7 days and peak at 2 weeks. A complimentary touch-up is available at your 2-week follow-up if needed.
How Long Does Botox Last?
Results typically last 3–4 months. With consistent treatment, many patients find their results last longer over time as the targeted muscles gradually weaken from reduced use. We recommend scheduling your next appointment before you feel the results fully fade to maintain continuity.
Botox vs. Dysport
Both are neuromodulators (botulinum toxin type A), but they differ slightly in molecular structure and spread pattern. Dysport tends to diffuse slightly more broadly and may show results faster. Botox tends to stay more localized, making it ideal for smaller, more precise areas. Our injectors will recommend the best option for your anatomy and goals.
Is Botox Safe?
Yes. Botox has been FDA-approved for cosmetic use since 2002 and has one of the strongest safety records of any medical aesthetic treatment. At Devenir, every treatment is performed in a clinical setting under medical supervision. We use only FDA-approved, authentic product from licensed distributors — never “budget” or gray-market product.
