What We Ship
Devenir Aesthetics ships retail skincare products and physical gift cards purchased through our online shop. In-office treatments and services are not shipped — these are provided by appointment at our Northwest Austin location, 3807 Spicewood Springs Road, Suite 201.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and do not require physical shipping. These are typically delivered within minutes of purchase — check your spam folder if you don't see it shortly after ordering.
In-Store Pickup
If you prefer, retail products purchased online may be available for pickup at our office. Contact us at (512) 477-3778 to arrange in-store pickup before placing your order.
Order Issues
