Our policies exist to protect your time and ours — and to ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve. Please review these before your first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise — please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late Arrival Policy
We reserve your full appointment time for you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to ensure the provider can give subsequent patients their full care. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your first visit to complete any remaining intake paperwork.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards (where eligible), and cash. We also partner with Cherry and Alle financing programs for qualified patients — ask about financing options at your consultation. We do not accept checks.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience or results, please contact us within 14 days. We are committed to finding a resolution and making it right. Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for store credit.
Touch-Up Policy
Permanent makeup services include a complimentary touch-up appointment at 6–8 weeks. This appointment is included in the service price and is an essential part of the healing process. Additional touch-ups beyond the included appointment are available at a separate fee.
Deposits
Certain services — including permanent makeup appointments — require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel with adequate notice, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.
Photography & Consent
We photograph patient results for clinical tracking with your written consent at intake. We never share identifiable photos without separate, explicit written authorization. Before-and-after photos used in marketing require a separate release form. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Right to Refuse Service
Devenir Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment to any patient when, in the professional judgment of our providers, the proposed treatment is medically contraindicated, the desired result is not achievable safely, or the patient's expectations cannot be reasonably met. Safety and clinical integrity always come first.
