Lip filler at Devenir Aesthetics is about enhancement, not exaggeration. Our approach is rooted in the golden ratio of lip proportion — balancing upper and lower lip, defining the vermillion border, and adding volume where it belongs anatomically. The result is a lip that looks like yours, only better.
We use only premium hyaluronic acid fillers — Juvederm Volbella, Juvederm Ultra, and Restylane Kysse — selected based on your lip anatomy and desired result. All contain lidocaine for comfort during treatment.
What We Can Achieve
- Volume: Add fullness to thin or age-deflated lips
- Definition: Sharpen the vermillion border for a more defined shape
- Cupid’s bow enhancement: Accentuate the natural curve of the upper lip
- Symmetry: Balance uneven lips
- Hydration: Micro-dosing for a plump, dewy look without obvious volume
- Lip flip alternative: In some cases, a small amount of Botox at the upper lip border creates the appearance of volume without filler
Our “No Duck Lip” Guarantee
The dreaded overfilled look comes from too much product placed incorrectly. We use conservative dosing and treat in stages — you can always add more at a follow-up, but you can’t “un-fill” without dissolving. First-time lip filler patients typically receive 0.5–1 mL, and we assess results at 2 weeks before deciding on more.
Does Lip Filler Hurt?
We apply a strong topical numbing cream before treatment, and all our lip fillers contain lidocaine — so discomfort during injection is minimal. Most patients rate the sensation a 2–3 out of 10. The lips are more sensitive than other areas, but the treatment is quick.
Swelling & Recovery
Expect swelling for 24–72 hours — lips will look larger than the final result during this time. Bruising is possible but uncommon with proper technique. Ice packs help. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and extreme heat for 24 hours. Your 2-week result is the true result.
