The Microblading Process
Your appointment begins with a brow design consultation — we measure facial proportions, discuss your ideal brow shape, and map the brows on the skin for your approval before any pigment is applied. Topical numbing cream is applied for 20–30 minutes. Hair strokes are then carefully applied over approximately 90 minutes. A touch-up appointment at 6–8 weeks is included and expected — the healed result is the true result.
How Long Does Microblading Last?
Microblading typically lasts 1–2 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Oily skin types tend to have shorter retention. An annual color refresh keeps brows looking fresh. Microblading is not permanent — pigment fades gradually, which gives you the flexibility to adjust shape and color as your preferences evolve.
Microblading vs. Powder Brows
Microblading produces individual hair strokes for a natural look. Powder brows create a soft, filled-in effect (like brow powder) using a shading technique — ideal for oily skin or those who prefer a more defined, makeup-style brow.
